Refund & Return Policy
Because every Thorns & Grace item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or change of mind. We encourage all customers to carefully review our size guide before placing an order.
Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 14 days of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Reach out to us at support@thornsandgrace.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and the issue
We will arrange a free reprint or full refund at no cost to you. Items reported after 14 days may not be eligible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: As all products are custom-printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selected, or similar reasons. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our products. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will make it right with a reprint or refund.
European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Please contact us at support@thornsandgrace.com to initiate this process.
Refunds: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@thornsandgrace.com.
