Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you have not received a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@thornsandgrace.com

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Delays & Lost Packages

Thorns & Grace is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
